BizPilot started in 2026 when our founders noticed a pattern: every local service provider they knew—from barbers to personal trainers to cleaning services—was drowning in the same administrative tasks.
Scheduling calls, reminder texts, review management, website updates. Hours spent every week on work that wasn't actually serving customers.
We asked: what if AI could handle all of that? What if a small business could have the same 24/7 customer service capabilities as a Fortune 500 company?
That's the vision we're building toward. An intelligent assistant that handles the busywork so business owners can focus on their craft and their customers.
